Welcome to Baugrids. These Terms govern your use of baugrids.com (the "Site") and the digital products sold on it (the "Products"). By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms. The Site and Products are operated by BAÜ Studio ("we", "us"), based in France.

1. The Products
Baugrids sells digital design systems — grid systems, safe zones, layout examples and related files (such as the Social Media Kit and Composition Library). Products are delivered as instant digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Your license.
When you buy a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may: use the Product to create unlimited designs for your own personal or commercial projects; and use it in work you produce for clients. You may not: resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, rent or give away the Product files, in whole or in part; repackage, modify or rebrand the Product (or any part of it) and sell or distribute it as your own product, template or kit; or include the raw Product files in anything made available to others. In short: design freely with it — just don't hand the system itself to anyone else.

3. Intellectual property.
All Products, files, visuals and the Baugrids brand remain the intellectual property of BAÜ Studio. Buying a Product does not transfer ownership — only the license above.

4. Payment and delivery.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed on the Site and may change at any time. Products are delivered digitally and made available for download immediately after a successful purchase.

5. Refunds.
Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details, including faulty files.

6. Disclaimer.
Products are provided "as is". They are tools to help you structure your designs; we don't guarantee any specific result or outcome. You are responsible for the content you create with them.

7. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAÜ Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with its effective date.

9. Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
