REFUND POLICY

Baugrids sells digital products — downloadable design systems delivered instantly after purchase. Because these are digital goods that can be downloaded and copied, the following terms apply.

Digital products are non-refundable.
Once a purchase is completed and the files have been accessed or downloaded, the sale is final. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access to your download and acknowledge that this waives any statutory cooling-off / withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to digital content.

If something is wrong.
We want you to actually be able to use what you bought. If your files are corrupted, won't open, or you never received your download, email us within 14 days at baustudio.team@gmail.com and we'll fix it — by resending the files, providing a working version, or, if we can't resolve it, issuing a refund.

Wrong or accidental purchase.
If you bought the wrong item by mistake and haven't downloaded the files yet, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
